Nrupathunga Kannada Koota invites you with your family and friends for the DASARA AARADHANE program On Saturday, Oct 22nd.2011 @ 9am to 3pm at IACA, 1281 Cooper Lake Road Smyrna, Atlanta GA 30082    


FREE vocal classes will be provided to limited number of registered participants for this event based on first come first serve basis.

Notable Composers: Sri Vyasaraja, Sri Madhavacharya, Sri Narahari thirtha, Sri Purandara Dasa, Sri Kanaka Dasa, Sri Vijaya Dasa, Sri Gopala Dasa, Sri Jagannatha Dasa, Sri Prasanna Venkata Dasa, Sri Pranesha Dasa, Sri Mohana Dasa, Smt Helavanakatte Giriyamma, Basavanna, Akaa Mahadevi, Allama Prabhu and others

The event will begin and end with group singing, while solo and small group performances will be planned in between. Each participant or group will present ONE song or dance (not more than 5 mins). Nrupathunga Kannada Koota will not be able to accommodate the same participant in both solo and small group performances.Participants for Dance should present a CD with only the song to which they will perform.

Participants can register at the NKK Vanabhojana picnic on Saturday 24th Sept 2011.
