Program Registration

• Deadline for Registration: Jan 31st 2024 by 10:00 PM EST 

•  No On-Spot registration for Talent/Cultural or Paid Sport event.

• Free Sports Event are On Spot registration. No need to register in advance.

• Please fill the complete and accurate information while registering your program. Participants should register only by submitting the link and/or form with all complete details; no other mode of registration is entertained.​

• Indoor Sport Rules

  • You Need to be NKK Member in order Participate in Sports Event.

  • Volunteer Needed for bringing Chess, and Carrom items.

  • $5 per Participant/Game.

  • Judge decision is Final. 

  • Games : 

    • Carrom Singles 

    • Carrom Doubles

    • Chess ( 10 years or Below )

    • Chess ( 11 to 15 years)

    • Chess ( Adults - 16 years and above )

    • Super Minute ( 10 years and below)

    • Super Minute ( 11 years to 15 years)

    • Super Minute ( Adults - 16 years and above)

    • Rangoli ( Sankranti - Bring your items - Area 5 * 5 ft )

    • Dum Charades (Kannada movie and Karnataka city names)

    • Anthakshari/Quiz ( Each team consists of max of 3 people, Only first 5 teams allowed).

    • Balloon Soccer (10 or Below - No gift card - Free Event)

    • Musical Chair ( Above 60 - Free Event )

    • Kabbhu Eating ( Free Eating - Only first 10 participant allowed )

• Talent Show Rules

  • Registration will be on a first come - first serve basis. You will see a confirmation message on the website after successful submission. Limited Opening Only.

  • You Need to be NKK Member in order Participitate in Talent Show.

  • Both Solo and Group Performances are allowed for this event.

  • All song names and skit details should be provided at the time of registration. This is to ensure that there is no duplication of songs and each gets a unique performance.

  • No repetition of songs/audio tracks will be allowed for dance or singing performances. In case of repetitions, first submitted registration will be honored - subsequent entry/ entries will be asked to perform for another song/ track.

  • Maximum Duration of Performances:

    • Group Song, Dance:  10 Mins

    • Individual Song, Dance:  5 Mins

    • Individual Talent Show:  5  Mins

    • Skits: 10 Mins

  • We have a small Stage with 2 Mics.
